The 16th World Conference on Seismic Isolation, Energy Dissipation and Active Vibration Control of Structures was held in St. Petersburg on July 1 -5, 2019. The executive supervisor of TCIAE, Professor Chang Kuo-Chun, led a Taiwanese delegation to attend the 16th Seismic Conference and the 13th Russian National Earthquake Engineering Conference.
